Dr. Jaime Jenee Middleton, MD

Dr. Middleton has been my Gyn since I moved to Pearland 3.5 yrs ago and she’s the best by far. She’s extremely professional and makes you feel at ease every visit, every time. She asks the right questions to drill down to your concerns and provide timely and accurate solutions. I was pregnant with my son during COVID and anxiety kicked in during my second trimester. She was not only my gynecologist during that time but also felt like she was my therapist. Even though she referred me to a therapist, I didn’t even end up using the service because she gave me so much good feedback back during my visits that kept me going and which essentially helped the anxiety to disappear. She was so instrumental during my pregnancy in so many ways and I’m beyond grateful that God led me to her. I highly recommend her. She’s extremely caring and such a genuine and wonderful person and provides the highest level of quality care. You won’t be disappointed.

Let's start with the office- so nice and clean, the friendliest staff, convenient appointments, usually running on time (as much as expected with emergencies, pregnant patients running late- it happens), and an overall welcoming environment. Dr. Middleton is knowledgeable and gets down to business, but is still kind, compassionate, willing to answer any and all questions, and made me feel at ease at every single appointment. She never made me feel silly asking questions and welcomed me in for extra appointments when I thought something might be wrong with my baby. We decided together to induce at 39 weeks. The hospital did not have room for me this evening, but Dr. Middleton was sure to be in contact with me about when I was going in. She came to see me the next morning before seeing her patients, Dr. Freeman saw me in the afternoon, and then Dr. Middleton came back in the evening when my labor was not progressing. She works day and night to make sure her patients are well… cared for and comfortable. She played music during my c section and made me feel so calm. I cannot thank her enough for being with me to make the decision to have the c section. My baby's cord was wrapped around his neck twice. I am a Dr. Middleton patient FOR LIFE!

Dr. Middleton was my OBGYN throughout my first pregnancy. She is very professional, yet personable and calming. Her office is also extremely efficient, which I greatly appreciated. My birthing plan didn't go as expected, because life. But she accommodated my request as much as possible, and ultimately performed an emergency c-section. I barely have a scar. I'm terrified to have to use another doctor, due to new insurance, now that I am carrying my second child.

I originally signed up to see Dr. Freeman at Womens Premier but wasn't able to due to her being called for surgery. So Dr. Middleton ended up attending to me. She made me feel very comfortable from the start. Comfortable was the general theme within the office. Her front desk staff and nurses were very polite and friendly. I was very well informed as far as the million questions I asked. From the physician to the staff they ALL were very knowlegeable in their own individual areas. Very professional and informative physician. Overall she ROCKS!!!

I searched for a African_American Dr. online for my first baby ( I only have one) . Dr. Middleton came up, I live in Houston she was located in Pearland. I had to use the toll to come to every visit with her. She even sent me way to Texas City to get my ultrasound done. I told her I wanted a natural birth and wanted to breastfeed and keep my baby umbilical cord on until the blood flows out of it. Well none of that happened. She told me I needed to have my baby early due to low blood flow and oxygen levels on a Friday and told me to come in on Monday to have the baby. I came in on Monday and she couldn't get my cervix to dilate. so on Tuesday she told me around noon to hurry up and call my husband so she can give me an epidural he has 20 minutes to get there cause she has other patients. He was at home in Houston letting our dogs out to use the restroom and feed them. So I hurried up and called him so he could come , when he came she had him get dressed up and we went into the delivery… room. I had a epidural and she cut me open, she didn't ask if my husband wanted to cut the umbilical cord. Her assistant just cut it and then they handed me my baby. Nothing I had on my birthing plan was utilized, I would never use her or Pearland Medical Center again. The nurses were just as rude as Dr. Middleton. She was not caring or ethical when it came to my concerns and pregnancy. Especially since it was my first child I feel like she got over on me and how things should work out. Never Again would I got to her or recommend her to anyone I know.

I love Dr. Middleton she is the best I have had thank you so much for being the person an Dr you can be couldn't ask for anyone else

I wouldn't reccomend anyone to this office...my experience was very disappointing. I was scheduled for an appointment for a location where the doctor, (Jaime Middleton) was not even seeing patients and the office was closed on that day. As I kept trying to open the door to the office, still not knowing at the time the office was closed, a lady came out of another door attached to that office and said..."can I help you?" Yes, I have an appointment this morning with Dr. Middleton... She said that Dr. Middleton is at her heights location today... Well, I said...I was scheduled to this address, this is my first time coming here so I couldn't have misunderstood the location, because I didn't know there were two locations...I was angry and ticked off because I only have one day off during the week and my time is very valuable to me...so I took down the address n went to that location...well to my avail, I was the only person in the lobby which I thought was good, but not at all, the wait… was ridiculous. I went to the window and asked Is the Dr. In today? Her reply was oh yes, she'll be with shortly. Well shortly became longer...I then demanded to see her...Dr. Middleton did come out, I expressed my concerns to her about the mishap with the scheduling and then to come to your 2nd location n have to wait unnecessarily. She did apologize and took me back to the examine room. However, my 2nd visit wasn't any better, the staff was unprofessional, laughing loud, talking inappropriate and left me in the examine room for a undisclosed amount of time...I knew then that, I was done, you don't get a 3rd time to make a 1st impression...it was really so much more but I just thought I keep it short and simple....her and her entire staff needs etiquetteTraining, time management classes, and a course of healthcare integralism. Dr. Middleton I'm so disappointed in you...beautiful Black woman you are, I thought your standards would have been so much more of quality... I truly do believe in supporting our own, but not at this type of experience. ****And NO I would not reccomend anyone to her practice**** You need either close temporarily or permanently to get you and your business, lively hood, restructured and back on track... .....p.s. From a true and caring person & former patient.

Very good professional doctor she was a nice,sweet person delivered my baby 6 years,ago and we still remember that

This practice is absolutely horrible. The staff is very rude and unintelligent. I asked for my medical records to be sent over two to three weeks ago called the doctor who requested my records to schedule an appointment and was informed my records still weren't received. I called back to Dr. Middleton to see what the issue was and they stated to me the person that submits their records just came in today to send them off. I immediately became disappointed and asked them why arey records just now being submitted. They became frustrated and hung up in my face. I called back and spoke with two more different persons one person gave me more attitude and hung up again and the last person gave me attitude told me what I as the patient need to do (which was extremely rude and unacceptable) hung up the phone with me. She then called the new doctor office and made accusations about me to them. Now I'm officially fed up with this practice and will be reporting this further.
