?My experience with this cardiology office demonstrated a significant disregard for patient time and scheduling integrity, which ultimately undermines the quality of care provided.?The failure was compounded during the rescheduled visit. Despite the prior delay, I was informed that I was being seen alongside two other previously scheduled patients—a clear indication of overbooking and poor patient flow management. This is highly concerning when discussing critical cardiac health. ?I escalated these serious concerns regarding the scheduling policy and the quality of the rushed follow-up appointment to the office manager. Unfortunately, the interaction was unhelpful. The manager provided no effective resolution and failed to address the underlying operational and systemic issues that led to this compromised experience. ?I urge the practice to review its scheduling protocols and management's approach to patient complaints. The current operation compromises the professional standard of… care and shows a concerning lack of respect for patients' time and needs. I

The only good thing I got out this appointment was EASE of APPOINTMENT and COURTEOUS STAFF,,,, now the negative part of this visit, I gave it one star because there is no lower rate,,, but I wasted may time by going to the Doctors Visit,,,, at the visit when ask about possibilities and limitation of exercise Doc did not know what was the limitation for someone with hypertension, or how much to push on weights with this condition... Really is a waste of time and a bunch of morons that only WORK AS DOCTORS to prescribe pills and checking EKG's results.... IT IS ALSO amazing how he cannot even read the blood work â?? inflammation index, and other indicatorsâ?¦. When seeing a real heart doctor, see references first, call the reception and hope they can answer question related to your visitâ?¦..

My family member has been a patient of Dr. Silva for several years, however during his last approx 6 visits in the last 2 years Dr Silva never once attended the appointment. He has non-"doctors" meet the patient.
