i’ve been going to the doctor for over 10 years and he was there when I first started then he wasn’t able to do his practice there then he came back!! When I started doing business with him the last five years he could not tell me my situation but he did recommend one thing and when I took his advice and went to the emergency room they gave me medicine that I was allergic to and If felt I was almost about to die so when I brought my grandmother in My next appointment so she could tell him what happened he literally acted confused and then was so rude when I was telling him that it was his fault that I went through what I did then he had the nerve to say he was going to write off my situation as colitis and that’s not even what’s wrong because they don’t even know so it makes me question his practice!! So then today I get a letter telling me that he thinks I should take my business elsewhere because of his mess up. how was he going to get mad at me when he’s the one that missed… diagnosed me

I have been going to D De La Hoz for 5 years now and it has gone down hill since they joined this group. I have tried to get through for 2 days now. I follow the prompt for appointment and then get sent right back to the front desk and when someone answers I explain having trouble getting through to the appointment desk she insinuates I am lying. It is official I am changing doctors. The bigger they get the worse the treatment is.
