Dr. Jaishree Riva Ellis, MD

I called the Spring Klein office at 8am when they opened, scheduled an appointment for that day at 10 am, and saw the doctor within 15 minutes.Dr. Ellis was amazing! She spent almost two hours with me, which is practically unheard of with most get-you-in-and-out doctors. She really seemed to care about ME! She's a great doctor, and I would definitely recommend her to Anyone!

Since Dr. Ellis has been at Klein Obgyn i had to reschedule twice due to emergencies which is understandable, but when i need her office staff to fax over my medical records so i could see a new doctor since she no longer accepts my insurance it was like pulling teeth with them. Not only would they not fax over my records it has been over two days just so i can have them handed over to me so i can deliver them myself to my new doctor. I called for my test results numerous times and not one person has returned my call. Poor clinic, she needs better staff.
