Seeing Dr. Adams for an MRI was great. His staff is very friendly, office is very much in order and he did a great job of explaining immediately what was on the MRI and developing a plan for what to do next. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Adams does a great job explaining your MRI. He is easy to talk to and explains it in terms that are easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Adams.

Dr. Adams & staff are Excellent! I felt like a Queen in their office! They were on time, very courteous, helpful, super nice to me. Dr. Adams spent an hour going over my MRI results. He answered all my questions & compared past tests to today’s. I would definitely refer everyone to see him. You get straight answers!

Dr. Adams, Kyle & Donna. i cant say enough good about my experience. I'm very difficult for with tremor's, pain & anxiety. Ive been to (5) other locations (2) were failures accompanied, with pain. If you live and hr or so outside Kirksville, it would be well worth the drive. Thank you, Dr. Adams!

From my first scheduling phone call to the discussion of my MRI, I was treated with courtesy, dignity and respect. Donna the office manger made every aspect of my check in relaxing and informative. I was immediately set at ease by her competent demeanor and the well ordered and beautiful waiting room. Kyle, the technician listened as I gave an account of my injury as well as symptoms. At no time did I feel rushed or anxious due to his attentiveness. By the time I was prepped for my test (with a music CD of my choosing) I was completely ready for the MRI to begin. I then met with Dr. Adams who thoroughly went over every aspect of my test, making sure I fully understood the nature of my injury. His level of expertise and empathetic care, gave me in-depth knowledge of my injury. With patience Dr. Adams listened to my concerns, answering all of my questions. I recommend New Concepts Open MRI with confidence that all who enter will receive this same level of quality care.
