Dr James Vincent Agresti

Dr Agresti has been our doctor for many years. He is an expert in his field, always correctly diagnosing the problems. He is caring, spends plenty of time listening to your concerns and will follow up to ensure you are feeling better. He has an excellent bedside manner and we highly recommend his care.

The staff is horrible. They dont follow through with procedures. I called the office and was left on hold several times when i called for blood work results. They never put the doctor on the phone or advised me to come in f Ir results. Dr Agresti Jr is very nice but he needs new office staff thst know how to hadle correct office procedures.

Many people spoke very highly about this doctor. To be honest I would never know. Trying to get through on their phone lines is impossible. After calling their office for 3 days straight and only hearing a busy signal I was finally able to get through. It is 2011 get call waiting or a second line! Thank God I didn't have a medical emergency! After telling the receptionist I would be a new patient she informed me it would be 3 weeks for an appointment. I asked if I came into the office and showed the doctor a pervious prescription of Propecia (we are not talking Percocet or Vicodin here) if he could just give me a prescription until the appointment. Without even consulting the Doctor, she told me that would not happen He has no idea who you are. Coming form someone who hates to go to doctors in the first place, this office staff leaves little to be desired as well as a phone system that dates in the 80s. Ill pass!

This doctor failed to refer a patient to a urologist after the patient clearly complained of pain in the abdomen and side, several times. After one year, the patient was diagnosed as having a hugh tumor near the Kidney & Blader. This patient has terminal cancer and will not survive. This doctor should not be practicing medicine any longer. His medical license should be revoked.

Dr. Agresti III is a very caring doctor. He does not rush thru the appointment. He makes you feel very important, as a doctor should make you feel. He is the BEST doctor. Believe me, I seen my share of doctors. I recommend him highly to everyone.
