Dr. James F Alonso, MD

I feel like I've wasted a year and a half seeing him. Never gave me any answers, not one, what a waste of time.

I do not recommend Alonso for any reason. My father died under his care. Alonso refused to change my father’s medicine, after three requests, and as we waited to see a new doctor my father died and his Parkinson’s had progressed to the point where he was no longer self-sufficient although he was in speech and physical therapy, yoga, and attended weekly workout classes. Alonso objected to what my mother and I had to say regarding the progression of his condition and our concerns about the medication. He has no ability to connect to his patients and their families, he does not listen and his rde while playing Russian roulette with his patients lives (which includes answering personal calls during our visit and not reading the therapist’s notes in a timely manner). Do not see this doctor unless you want to lose your loved one or want listen to a comedy show during your visits.

Today was my first appointment, and the first glance of hope in many years! Dr.Alonso was very caring, and great at communicating a treatment plan, I am looking forward to having a Dr. Willing to work with me, and who explains in great detail about my condition. I would highly recommend him

Competent medical practioner, but not a caregiver.

Treated by Dr Alonzo during rehab for right above the knee amputation. He was very approachable and focused on my needs.

I wouldn't send my dog to this guy. He is a completely incompetent and uncaring individual. The office staff is about the same. They are more interested in generating income than finding a proper diagnosis.

He is a good doctor. Nows his stuff I'm just having a problem getting my prescript ion refilled I think the male assistant whom is new dropped the ball cause Dr is really good about getting it for me so I don't know what's going on...I've called the office three times and spoke to receptonist and the assistant and I still don't got a refill.

An emergency situation and he was calm and discussed the testing required and the results in an understandable manner. Thorough and kind.
