James Andre, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C

James Andre, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides primary care for patients ages 12 and older. James earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. He also earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Valencia College in Orlando, Florida. Before joining AdventHealth, James cared for patients at Sanitas Medical Center in Orlando. He previously served as a registered nurse in the medical and cardiac ICU at AdventHealth Orlando, caring for high-acuity patients with complex cardiovascular needs. James brings a broad clinical background to every visit. His experience spans radiology, critical care nursing and high-volume primary and urgent care settings, giving him a steady, practical view of what patients need when they are …managing day-to-day concerns or more complex health conditions.James collaborates with patients and a multidisciplinary team to help them achieve their treatment goals with care and compassion. His approach centers on listening, prevention, education and practical steps that support long-term health.
James enjoys staying active through basketball, working out and spending time outdoors in his yard. He also likes listening to music, watching movies, keeping up with advances in medicine and spending time with his son, family and friends.
