Dr. James Alan Auberle, MD

I have only been with him a yr. I loved him because he always talked and explained everything his staff was always nice when I was in.He always took the time to answer my questions Dr Pumerantz is my Rhematology he also seemed to like Dr. Auberle I want to follow him because I trust him.I really don't believe half of the things Im reading about him

He was able to figure out my correct diagnosis after being misdiagnosed for 8 years. He is an amazing doctor.

Mr. Auberle(can he even be called Dr. any more?) is the worst "doctor" I have ever met. When I was with him he either misread my EMG or purposely lied about it. He had a terrible Nurse Pract that was at least as bad as he is, as far as knowledge. Now, finally, he's been forced to leave medical practice because of fraud. No surprises there after everything said about his "alleged" affairs with patients. The class action suit filed against him at least keeps him from screwing up other patients. I'll continue to go to Toledo Clinic because I believe they've finally washed their hands of him. It's about time. I pray the claimants win their suit. Fraud, malpractice, everything, I hope they get it all so he and others realize that doctors are NOT the gods so many of them think they are.

Dr. Auberle is a wonderful doctor. He is concerned about your entire well-being. I can't imagine going to another neurologist -- he's simply the best. I'm so thankful I'm his patient.

Stuck it out for 2 years, hoping for improvement. I should have left earlier. Only saw the doctor once in all that time for a minute or so. The NP pretty much ignored my main issue, misread my MRI or just didn't care, and finally just shipped me off to a pain doc. A new neurologist is finally listening and trying to help. Such a difference. Avoid this doctor.

I've visited Dr. Auberle several times for my Dystonia. He did nothing for me. And I was very disturbed when I asked if he'd follow my Dystonia and he said, in a rather sarcastic tone, " Oh, I'll watch you alright. I was very disappointed.

Have been king for 2 years and seen him once. Only see his NP. I am worse than when I started. They just throw meds at New with no diagnosis. Now, I'm going to a pain clinic who says they don't understand why nothing as been done for me. My tests show serious problems that have been ignored. Looking for a new neurologist.

I first met Dr. Auberle who was a speaker at a Spasmodic Torticollis Symposium and told him about the poor care I was receiving elsewhere. He gave me a card with his phone number and told me to call him if I would like to have him evaluate my condition and treatment. Since that time a number of years ago, we make a long drive every 3 months for my treatment. There aren't enough good words to express how he treats me and others I know with ST--very caring, takes the time to listen to anything I have a question about, interested in my life and other issues, and gives the best care I could ever hope to receive. Yes, he has changed my life with ST more than I ever thought was possible. If you are looking for a GREAT doctor who treats ST, don't hesitate to make an appointment. You will be impressed with his sense of humor and how he treats you like you are his only patient. That is rare. His skill and knowledge of treatment is SUPERB. I feel so blessed to have found this wonderful doctor.

I agree with the comment below. As long as you're good at your job, you shouldn't be accountable for ethical standards. If he wants to sleep with his patients, let him.

This is a doctor who takes his time and truly cares about your care. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this physician. I had a stroke when I was 26 years old. This is a man who took his time and with God's help save my life . I think he is nothing but an asset to this medical world. I think he is an asset to the community especially with the people that have had neurological atrocities. I thank God for this person everyday. Sounds to me that some of these negative reviews are nothing but negative and undermining personal attacks . Let's look at the real problems here he's help this community and his patients. Thank God for a wonderful neurologist.
