Wonderful staff an Dr. Austin really cares. I’d buy a shirt if they sold them!

Everyone was very nice the wait was short. Dr Austin was very in tune and listened to what I had to say. All in all. It was great

Intake and all the nurses were extremely caring and helpful. Dr Austin was very helpful and was prompt but was very thorough. What I like the most is the genuine understanding and approach all the staff has. Very understanding and really want to help without any judgement. 5/5 or 10/10

I love Dr austin. I have been seeing him for a few years now and it's the only doctor I'll go to. I drive a little bit over an hour to come to him but it's worth it to me and I've also seen his office progress and handle issues internally over the years definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Wonderful !! The ladies in the front are always very helpful and nice. Got in a room super quick and the Dr. was in shortly after.( maybe 10-15 minutes) Dr.Austin has always been amazing. Great bedside manner and very informative. Could not have had a better visit today.

Dr Austin is always fast and efficient but will also stop to listen if the case calls for it. Staff is always friendly as well!

Dr. Austin and his medical team at Rapid Care Family Medical have made a huge difference in my life and my health. As a teenager/young adult, it can be really intimidating to go to the doctor, but they always make me feel comfortable, respected, and heard. Dr. Austin never talks over me or just to my parents—he talks to me. He explains what’s going on in a way I can understand and always makes sure I know my options and what the plan is. I deal with hidden health issues that aren’t always easy to see from the outside, and he has been patient, thorough, and determined to help me feel better, not just “get by.” The staff is amazing too. The nurses and front office always greet me with a smile, remember who I am, and treat me like a person—not just another appointment on the schedule. They are kind, supportive, and very professional, and that means a lot when you don’t feel good or you’re worried about what’s going on. Because of Dr. Austin and his team, I feel like I have a provider I… can trust with both my physical and mental health. I’m very grateful for the way they’ve cared for me, and I would absolutely recommend Rapid Care Family Medical to any teen or young adult looking for a doctor who will truly listen and fight for their health.
