I have found the staff to be one of the most congenial staff that I have seen in any doctors' offices. Everyone is kind and accommodating, and they are NOT loud! I have no idea why that person put down "loud staff" and then proceeded to talk about how rude they are in billing. What does one thing have to do with the other? I have found everyone to be caring, soft-spoken, and extremely nice at every visit. Also, I see the nurse practitioner, and she is not uncaring at all! In fact, when everyone else wanted to send me to a GI specialist, she gave me a simple hpylori test, and it was positive. So within a short time, I knew where the problem was that had given me issues for many months. She is practical, and I'm very glad I found her!

This facility has the most untrained unprofessional staff. The biller has no idea how submit claims properly, when questioning a bill five different times I never got a straight answer as to why or how it was submitted incorrectly five different times. The biller is rude and gets annoyed easily. The medical staff is horrible and rude that not been trained well or have bedside manner. The nurse practitioner there is very good however seemed cold and rude as well making me feel uncomfortable. The wait is horrific and the front staff talked so loud I heard them complaining about patients sharing patient information I was not supposed to over hear. One staff member came out a room calling the patient stupid and problematic. When calling a few different times to speak with a manager, one was never around or returned a call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!
