From the very moment he walked in, he greeted with a great smile. His personality fits his smile. He showed empathy to my injury and was able to explain exactly what had happened to me in my injury. He even brought up the x-rays And step-by-step explained what has happened to me. This whole time speaking with me and my family he had a wonderful smile and a warmth about him just glowed in his face. I have never experienced this in a doctor. It shows me so much trust that I can have in him. I think God we still have doctors like him. I’ll give him five stars!

This Dr. came in and didn't go over any of my MRI's. He said I had small tears in my shoulder and that I just needed physical therapy. Pushed extremely hard back and forth on my shoulder till I was in tears. Never will go back to see this QUACK!

Dr. Bell helped save my leg years ago after an accident...recently I was referred to him for my shoulder. I loved him then and I love him now. The most personable, the most patient, and the kindest doctor in the desert. I highly recommend him and always will!

Dr. Bell and Oliver, his PA, are both very professional and considerate. My surgery was very successful, immediate improvement in pain and in one week able to walk without walker or cane. My only negative is that it's very difficult to reach him or his staff by telephone; there is only one number for all DOC doctors and almost always have to leave a call-back number with the automated voice. And no one calls back. I think this issue is with DOC, not Dr. Bell. But very frustrating.

Dr. Bell is outstanding. His surgical skills made it possible for me to regain complete mobility and quality of life. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a hip or knee replacement.
