Please do not go to this place to get a physical exam done or any services. They are very unconsidered of Your time. I was there for 4 to 5 hours to get a basic employment physical examination done. I went there at 8: 15 am and left after 12: 00. Front desk people are very unpleasant and dry, so the office manager Lori. She was rude by jumping in my conversation with the receptionist, shouting at me to justify herself for this long waiting period—no excuse or apology for their slowness. No professional mannerism. Client always comes first, which I didn't find in this facility. Although I had called two days in advance to request an early appointment that day for 8:00, but they let me know that is only walk-in. At the examination room, I was able to speak to a wonderful compassionate nurse who was able to help me and take care of the rest of the process until I see a doctor another one and half hour later. My experience over there was a nightmare. Unbelievable! I finally see the doctor,… she was very lovely, down to earth, but it should not be like that. This is an urgent care services; it should be enough doctors and nurses to Serve the clientele. The place is under staffs
