would have liked to give him 5 stars but his staff is so subpar that I just could not in good conscience. Dr. Bromley is knowledgeable, he listens, and understands and sympathizes, whatever the problem may be. on the other hand, his staff is rude, obtuse, and have little understanding of office protocol in general.

Dr. Bromley has a great bedside manner; always listens. Hard to get through to get appointment, i.e., put on hold for extended periods, phone disconnects by front desk, etc.

Dr. Bromley is a kind, attentive doctor who is responsive to his patients' needs. I have been to see him 5-6 times and he has never disappointed. However, I feel that his office staff is definitely the weakest link in the practice. They chat about personal matters within earshot of the waiting room, they fumble standard procedures such as making referrals, and they regularly run over lunch time or close when there are few patients scheduled (I have had my appt. cancelled for spurious cause so they could enjoy a day off). Absolutely horrible office management; Dr. Bromley would do well to hire new leadership over his office management.

Dr. Bromley is a rare find. He really does listen to his patients and in my case, accurately diagnosed my problem, gave me various treatment and medication alternatives, and was compassionate and kind. He spends the appointment talking with you, instead of scribbling notes the entire time. The wait isn't bad, 20-30 minutes is OK with me. The staff is fine, not overly friendly, but professional enough. I recommend him 100%.

Everyone in this office is friendly, and they don't pad the bill to get more, all charges not covered by my insurance have been dropped, not forwarded ...

no wait but also no help. the most ineffective rude unhelpful office staff i have ever encountered. Im in a worse spot now then when i first started seeing dr bromley- if you dont want to wait-but also dont want to get accurately diagnosed- go to dr bromley

I recommend Dr. Bromley very highly. He takes the time to LISTEN to you and looks at you when he does so. His caring manner is echoed by his staff as well. I have been seeing this MD for about 3 years and I would pay to see him even without insurance any day.

How often do we find a Dr. who even ACTS like he/she cares for us as patients? Dr. Bromley is such a Dr. and I have been his patient for over 12 years. He has rarely kept me waiting for longer than 20 minutes, usually about 10 is average. He remembers me, follows up, and when I am in the exam room, I am the only patient as far as he is concerned. He focuses all of his attention and concern on me and my problem(s). I hope he never moves away, because I will never be satisfied with the way most other Drs. approach their patients' care. My only issue is that for a while his staff seemed to change regularly, But he seems to have had it worked out for a while now.
