Dr Burczak is a native of Indiana and a graduate of the Purdue University of Pharmacy. He then attended medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with honors. He received his orthopaedic training at Doctors' Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Following his orthopaedic surgery training he briefly practiced in Vermont before moving to Southwest Michigan in 1992. Dr Burczak has served as Chief of Surgery at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He has been an Orthopaedic Board Examiner in the past.
