Dr. James E Byers

Multiple people I know left this practice due to being over charged or being told they needed work done that upon second opinion was not recommended. I continued to go here because it was convenient...until it happened to me. My dental coverage changed and I told the office before my appointment. I was assured they took my insurance and that they had "tons" of patients with the exact plan. I even called my insurance myself to ask. My insurance told me that I can see any dentist but they only pay up to a certain amount....an amount that if I was charged anything over would be absurd so not to worry. Well they billed my insurance AND I STILL GOT A BILL FOR OVER $100 for a cleaning. I called my insurance company and they said they paid the maximum amount allowed and if the office still sent me a bill then they are charging way more than is appropriate. The amazing thing is they keep calling my family to remind us it's time for an appointment even though I've told them multiple times… we are never going back and why.

Dr. Byers is a very good doctor he is amazingly brilliant and very professional. Not only that but the enviornment of his office is such that I felt very comfortable!! His staff is very nice & automatically puts you at ease. I will recommend dr. Byers to everyone.
