This guy, not even a doctor yet, lies terribly and falsified my medical records. He refused to provide any further testing or any treatment at all for my severe cervical spinal stenosis and even on the fake diagnoses he created. I have the visit with him taped, where he and Dr. Koonce perform a test, then claim it was never performed. Mr. Campbell outright lied and the tape has everything that he said that was totally different from the records. He and Koonce laughed while telling me to collect my urine in jars for a week, knowing it was preposterous. Of course I never did that; I could tell their disgusting behaviors were completely off. Mr. Campbell and his friend Koonce are now facing a lot of very bad consequences. Denying me treatment and then falsifying my records was a terrible decision. I have all the evidence I need on tapes and in the records. So do the authorities and soon, the public, so others cannot be harmed by these monsters.
