Dr. James Rutherford Cole, MD

I was a patient of Dr. James R Coles many years ago. The treatment I received from this wonderful gifted man is still something I brag about all these years later. I was in pretty bad shape from the work that I did of constant lifting. By the time I met Dr. Cole I had lost weight, my leg and toes were numb, I could barely walk, stand up or sit down the pain was unbearable. I had a 6 1/2 hour back surgery in 1989 and to this day my back is wonderful! What still amazes me is after that long surgery, I didn't even need a aspirin. He has a wonderful bed side manner, kind and patient, and I never doubted that I was going to be ok with him as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Cole, I hope your life is as wonderful as you are! COURTEOUS DOCTOR, listened to all my complaints and problems.Gave me the appropriate medicationsto control my arthritis conditions.Gave me all the time I needed.

This man is quite rude and seems like he is miserable..an overall jerk. He's not attentive, not a good listener, cuts you off when speaking, asks you the same questions over and over, and still doesn't get it right. He is 70 something should not be in practice anymore, especially since he barely remembers anything about you or what you tell him your problem or injury is. He notates things other than what you told him, but you wouldn't know that unless you ask for a copy of your records or his notes. It's quite sad, especially since he's being paid for his services. AVOID at all costs...see another doctor at this practice.
