Was the first time visit and I was impressed Felt he listen and cared about me as an individual Highly recommend

I found Dr. Cole to be very warm, kind, and caring. He spent more time with me than most doctors. He answered all my questions and listened. He called me himself to talk about options, which I really appreciated.

I went here on a referral visit after a seven day stay for a fall. He was the rudest Dr I have ever came across. He talked right thru me, interrupted me, He rushed my appointment, only focused on the body part I was referred to him for and did not address the whole picture then told me “I”was wasting his time. As Jeff Fox really would say “here’s your sign”.

Dr. Cole is thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. He can think outside the box to understand the complex problems an individual may have. He communicates well and really listens to his patients. He is very trustworthy. He also has a great staff that works in his office and they are very caring as well.

Dr Cole is an incredibly compassionate man and an amazing doctor. My L4-5 vertebrae were ‘destroyed’ - as he said - but immediately after surgery, my pain and and other symptoms were already better. I was afraid to have this surgery, but he put me at ease and listened to all I had to say. If you have to have back, etc., surgery, you couldn’t find a better doctor!

I've seen a lot of Dr's for surgeries, genetic disorders, neurology, diabetes, cancer etc & I've never had 1 that has such horrible bedside manner & RUDE staff. His nurse & assistant are nice when and if he's right there but if not then extremely hateful & don't return phone calls for days at a time. I would definitely recommend a neurosurgeon. After sending me for numerous sets of injections & testing, he still kept trying to "figure it out ". I've had several spine surgeries & trusted him to do a couple as well which I will regret forever but I got lucky & another surgeon identified his mistake & fixed it. After doing a few surgeries he just said sorry, I don't know what else the problem can be. I went to a amazing surgeon in Carmel who immediately identified the problem which was the surgery he had done. Luckily the new surgeon was able to fix it and I'm pain free after 4 long years. He's a very nice, kind Dr but don't let that fool you!

He spends time explaining things in layman's terms. His beside manner no complaints. He has done 2 spinal surgeries. Don't trust anyone else.

Very good spine specialist that treats the patient with all options before surgery is needed.
