Dr. Coorssen is amazing. This office is fast and efficient. Quick diagnosis and on my way. This is the best Urgent Care!

Told him I had blood taken in my arm prior to seeing him and my arm was so and bruised in the area. He said it was arthritis and called in a prescription for that. I finished the medicine and my arm is getting worse. It is very sore and warm in the area. It throbs constantly.

This doctor did an adequate job of diagnosing and treating my sinus infection (not a complicated problem for any doctor), but I found him to be rude and impatient.

Dr.'s office was very well equipped, got in quickly and had x-rays taken right in the office. Dr. Coorssen called me back the next morning to give me the results after being read by a radiologist and referred me to a hand specialist. Best urgent care in Louisville.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl, but due to recent experience with Dr. Coorssen, I will not be back. Dr. Voight was AMAZING but unfortunately I never see him working anymore ever since they made the switch to Baptist. Every time I come here I am hoping for Dr. Voight but to much of my dismay it's Dr. Coorssen who is working. The last two or three times I have come in, he tells me I am only showing the signs of a common cold and, in a very passive aggressive way, asks why I came in if its just a cold. Obviously because I don't feel good and want to feel better, and I don't have a medical degree so how am I supposed to know my sore throat is "just a cold" and not an infection? I have walked out of there the last few times very annoyed and leave empty handed without anything to make me feel better, so basically when Coorssen is working I have to suffer through an illness for days (10 days to be exact, that's when he said he would finally call me in an antibiotic.) I… truly feel like he doesn't believe me when I say I don't feel well, and I don't think a patient should have to feel that way. I grew up coming here when I wanted to feel better fast and loved it for many years but unfortunately I've had it with this doctor.
