I have seen this phys for 40 years!!!!! Absolutely loved him! Called today to set up an appt....a follow up for an issue..... I was denied an appt!!!!! Was told by the very rude woman that answered the phone that I will not be seen due to not being vaxed for covid!!!!!!! Mind you....this was a follow up for an ongoing issue...cyst...and was REFUSED CARE!!! So CONTINUITY of care is no longer a practice of health care....no longer a standard of care to be given to a patient.... I have always believed that this office, staff, establishment had integrity, faith, respect and compassion for their patients.... Today I found out that is NOT TRUE! I am a retired nurse after 32 yrs and I would have NEVER treated a patient like this...ever !! And thank you Linda for sitting in the background... while i was on the phone...with no sympathy, empathy, or compassion! And I was NEVER offered a referral or ANY guidance to ensure that I could have some kind of continuity of care!!!! SAD

I drive 45 minutes one way to keep Dr Cromwell as my gynecologist. He is knowledgeable, caring, and through. Dr Cromwell is just a superior doctor and human being.

He is kind, thorough and keeps trying to find a resolution for even the toughest problems. So fortunate that a friend recommended him. It's well worth the drive. Super Dr. and super human being

Dr. Cromwell has been my Doctor for the past 10 plus years. He is very thorough, caring and makes you feel completely comfortable! He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Dr.Cromwell is a fantastic doctor! He was my gynecologist for 5 years, the only reason I switched to a new doctor is because I moved out of state. You can tell that Dr. Cromwell truly cares about his patients. He is very professional and knows how to make his patients feel comfortable. Unlike many other doctors I've seen, he is always willing to take the time to listen to all of your concerns and answer all of your questions.
