Dr. Crossley and his staff are wonderful. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. He is professional and knowledge. I highly recommend this office.

I have been seen by Dr. Crossley many times for different issues, including hearing issues and sinus pain. He and his staff always treat me with the upmost respect and take great care of me. The wait time is never bad (usually I can call and come right in), the front staff is always friendly, and Dr. Crossley takes his time to listen before he examines the issue. I'm glad to have an ENT that I can trust.

Dr. Crossley is an excellent doctor! His years of experience and knowledge is outstanding. I highly recommend him.

I would never go back to Dr. James Crossley again he did sinus surgery on me years ago and he couldn’t get the anesthesiology to work to put me in twilight sleep so I was feeling the entire operation and he just told me to suck it up he would be through in a minute would not recommend him

Dr. Crossley was not in touch with my situation at all and he was rushing to finish with me. Will not recommend.

I don't even want to call him doctor. So I will call him Crossley. He is the worst surgeon ever. He does not listen to the patient or other doctors. He operates with a level of arrogance that has caused me multiple surgeries and a paralyzed vocal cord. Don't let the years of experience fool you. I had my first procedure years ago. I was referred by a friend. Ugh!! Hate I even called to make the first appointment. Each appointment he made comments about my BMI and how over weight I was. He even made the comments to my family after the surgery. Can you say HIPPA violation. Had he focused on my procedure instead of my weight I may have had a better out come. It was suggested to him by the endocrinologist to remove the left side of the thyroid as well as the front part. As the growth had grown from the left side of my thyroid around to the front of my isthmus. He told the endocrinologist "I am the surgeon and I will make the decision on what to remove." Needless to say neither Crossley… nor the endocrinologist told me about the disagreement until it was too late. Post, surgery I continued to have a lot of issues/pain and eventually, could not take it. The pressure of the growth was mashing my esophagus and windpipe. Went back to Crossley. Advised "something is not right." He referred me back to the endocrinologist as to why I had what I thought was another growth. He did order ultra sound that confirmed this. However, the endo advised "that is not a new growth that was there when the first procedure was done." " I suggested that he remove it." That is when I discovered the disagreement. Went back to Crossley, and I wanted to perform surgery on him. I asked why " did you leave that in my throat?" I want even bother telling the lame excuse that he gave me. It wasn't until I continued to have issues swallowing and pain/pressure that I realized what a mess he made of my throat. He never scoped me before or after the procedure to see if I had any vocal cord damage. Never!! Fast forward 2 yrs later I had to have another surgery to have the growth removed from the front of my thyroid. Second surgeon removed the growth in the front and the left side of the thyroid. He scoped me prior to the second surgery to see if I had any vocal cord damage. I get scoped every time I have a visit any the ENT the surgeon and over at Baptist before vocal therapy. Guess what? You got it. My right vocal cord was paralyzed from first procedure. Now, not only did I have to have a second surgery I have one vocal cord. I have been through vocal therapy (more money), and I have had the second surgery. More money, more appointments, biopsies etc. Two more years passed by and I am thinking I will have vocal cord surgery and I should be ok. Well, guess what? I noticed the right side of my neck looked funny and I was still suffering from pain every now and again. Not as bad, but enough for me to pay attention. Thank God for the second surgeon. Went back to the second surgeon who only removed the front and left side of my thyroid. Had another ultra sound (more money) on the right side (the side Crossley removed). Guess what I have ANOTHER growth. Crossley botched up my first surgery so bad that he left some residual thyroid tissue and another goiter has grown. Ugh!!! Now here I am thinking I am just going to have a vocal cord surgery repair and be done. No, I have to have the growth removed. Second, surgeon did not have a need to touch the right side as he and I were under the impression right side done. I would have had a total of four surgeries three caused by Crossley. He is the worst and if I could find someone to take my case I would sue him. He needs to RETIRE. Don't go to him for ANYTHING!!

Dr crossley is a great doctor that is very helpful and kind!!!!
