Dr.James Dalla Riva ……He's an awesome doctor , he was there , when I needed help. I will NEVER forget it , appreciate ALL his had done to solve my health issue . As far as Recommendation , most of family and friends , all has Dr.James Dalla Riva as their doctor.

Dr Della Riva and his staff are great. Dr. Della Riva is always kind and patient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been seeing him for over 16 years.

Dr. Dalla Riva is excellent. He always makes sure he has answered any question I have before I leave and does his best to keep patients from waiting. I have rarely waited more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Dalla Riva besides one time he was called down to delivery! His staff offered to reschedule me as soon as he was paged but I didn't mind waiting a bit because I definitely want him coming to see me immediately if the situation is reversed! His staff has always been wonderful and they know exactly who I am. (This is refreshing and important to me as I found Dr. Dalla Riva's office when I was seeking out better care after coming from a previous doctors office that had no clue who I was or if I was even a patient there despite going there for 28 years). I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor and office to to assist me throughout my pregnancy. It is nice to enjoy going to the doctor for a change! I highly recommend Dr. Dalla Riva.

Great doctor - but dealing with his staff is so unpleasant. It is difficult to get information, call backs, records etc... It would be easier and more efficient (not to mention more pleasant) if they used email for communication. It doesn't make sense that with a state-of-the-art building, cutting-edge medical procedures and equipment, and progressive beauty care treatment services and products, that you can't email his staff - or pay for record delivery service with a credit card over the phone.

I truly like Dr. Dalla Riva, but Cindy from his office is so incredibly rude every time I have the misfortune of speaking with her on the phone. She speaks over you the entire time you try to ask questions and says repeatedly "I don't know who would tell you that. I don't know where you're getting your information." I have called up there to find out test results and she told me to stop calling and that I was being ridiculous. I only called twice in a three week period - the first time being 5 days after I was told I should have my results. It's a shame I need to switch doctors, but having to talk to her on the phone, or in person, is not worth it. I have had other people tell me they have left the office for the same reason.

Dr. Dalla Riva is a very nice doctor/person. I have been going to him for years. I would not go to another gynecologist.

I called to speak with the nurse Cindy. She didn't answer so I left a voicemail. She called me back A WEEK LATER. I'm not sitting here trying to reach her about a refill on my prescription. Called 15+ times. SHE'S STILL NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS. The Staff is not helpful at all.
