Dr. Debritz and his staff have provided me with excellent care.

No follow up. No return calls. Atrocious service. After scheduling surgery, never heard back until day of to tell me it was cancelled (never returned any calls when I asked for information about the surgery, including time and place). Breaking my femur was bad enough without being treated like I was invisible.

The first time I saw Dr. DeBritz (for a broken arm), the wait was two hours, the visit was rushed, and he was brusque. My follow-up appointments have been the opposite: He took the time to answer my questions and was warm and personable. Waiting time improved considerably but not enough to warrant 5 stars. When it comes right down to it, though, the important thing is the doctor's expertise, and Dr. DeBritz gets top marks for that!

This is how I would summarize Dr Debritz attitude to his patients. I am not questioning his expertise in managing complex cases (though I’m not convinced of it either), but he is not for people who want answers to their questions

he has very rude people working in his office hes great but i still wouldnt reccomend him because his employees attitudes SUCK!

Dr. Debritz went out of his way facilitate the care of a shoulder injury I sustained. I was particularly impressed by the attention he showed to my case and I am convinced the speed of my recovery was due to his involvement. As a fellow surgeon it is easy to recognize many attributes that may be missed by someone outside the system and thus I would recommend him without hesitation to my closest family and friends.
