Dr. James Francis Demahy, MD

Dr. DeMahy is a wonderful doctor who really cares about his patients. He has been my daughter's pediatrician since they were born. They are 10 years old now.

We've been seeing Dr. Demahy ever since my daughter was a newborn. He has great bedside manner. He's kind, funny, and caring. He was able to catch that my daughter had hip dysplasia at birth immediately and referred us to an excellent orthopedic doctor. With proper treatment, her hips are fine now. He's thorough and takes the time to answer all questions we have.

I have three children and all of them see Dr. DeMahy. He has a good sense of humor and the children feel very comfortable in coming to see him. He also takes the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely cares about the kids.

He was my pediatrician as a child, and even though my parents liked him, I was not a fan of him or his bed side manner. I always considered him to be rude and he made me extremely uncomfortable.

I know how it is, searching these sites, trying to find a Dr. that is willing to take the time to treat you or your loved one right, and has the skills necessary to successfully diagnose and treat whatever the conditionat hand may be. Well, I have taken my son to Dr. Demahy since he was a little boy (beginning around age 6). My son is now 15 and we have been going back to Dr. Demahy ever since. He has an exceptional bedside manner, he really does care to take the time to listen, as well as to explain things, and treats the patient as he would his own child. If you're looking for a Dr. who beautifully incorporates TLC into his level of care, take your loved ones to Dr. Demahy, you'll be glad that you did, he really is that good!
