Very friendly wait time the little long, but not bad

My waiting time approximately 20 minutes, a warm and pleasant greeting, was accompanied by a supportive staff member. Both Dr. Doshi and his medical assistant seemed supportive of each other and provided me ample time to ask questions and used words to help me explain my concerns. His pleasant, down to earth manner and honesty left me feeling that I had made a good decision.

I go to this practice because of the high level of eye care patients receive. Very thorough examinations and top notch care. If you need any procedures done to your eyes you couldn't be in better hands.

You report I had a 21 minute wait time, but it was at least 35 minutes. The staff are all great, friendly, courteous, etc. This was my first interaction with Dr. Doshi, who was curt, abrupt, showed no interest in me at all, basically not speaking to me at all except to say look up, down, etc. Then OK I'll see you in a year... I give his bedside manner a 2 out of 10. The total time he spent examining me was less than 5 minutes, before he left the room. No nearly as thorough if an examination as my former (now retired) doctor.
