Dr. Kevin Liu

He normally was very patient, but this visit he seemed rushed. He needs to consider the whole patient in terms of their health conditions and medications, and not be so quick to jump at the easiest diagnosis. It is not always the fault of the patient. Stop blaming the patient. Consider how the patient feels when you say things. The woman who assisted him was awful and rude. She was very accusatory. There were mistakes in the report I received that could negatively affect my future care. The office was overloaded with patients and this is affecting the quality of care.

Dr. Liu always takes his time to explain what he is doing and why. He takes time to answer any questions I have. Great doctor!

Dr. Liu is the kindest, most compassionate doctor. He takes time to explain everything to you. He's my favorite doctor of all my doctors.

I've been seeing Dr. Liu since I was a child and I can't think of a single thing to complain about after all these years! I don't know what I'll do with myself when he someday retires because I trust him most to monitor my eyes whilst living with a connective tissue disorder. His communication skills are easily better than most doctors you'll see!
