Dr. James Duff is an experienced internal medicine and family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine. With 46 years of practice, he brings extensive knowledge in caring for patients across all age groups, from routine preventive care to managing complex medical conditions. Dr. Duff is fluent in English.

Dr. Duff practices at multiple Mercy Healthcare locations throughout Missouri, including Lebanon and Springfield. His dual specialty training allows him to provide comprehensive primary care services while also managing hospitalized patients as part of Mercy's hospitalist team. He maintains hospital affiliations with Mercy Hospital Springfield, where he can coordinate both inpatient and outpatient care for his patients.
