We are new residents at The Lake, so I scheduled a doctor appointment with Dr. Durham for my yearly checkup. He sat down and we had a casual conversation. He listened to my heart and asked me about my general health. Dr. Durham took time to listen to me and my health history. I am always a bit nervous when I go to a new doctor, but Dr. Durham did his best to create a calm environment. I found my doctor!!!

I recently changed providers for a number of reasons. I am happy to report that Dr. Durham is a much better fit for me. He listens to the issues, explains the medical side of things, and shows a genuine caring nature. This could not be more appreciated. Additionally, his staff is wonderful. Before setting my appointment with him, I was a little uneasy because there were so negative reviews, but I am VERY GLAD I went with my instinct and saw him before passing judgment. I am also transferring my daughter's care to him and she has had the same provider since birth, but this is how much I believe in him.

Bolivar is closer to us then Ash Grove, but the extra miles are worth it. Dr. Durham is a kind, caring doctor who really takes the time to get to know his patients. He is extremely down to earth. He listens with empathy. He acts with the patients best interest in mind and he treats his patients with dignity and respect. We cannot say enough about this wonderful Doctor. We are so glad to have found him! I would (and do) recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

He was rude and had no bedside manner. Would not go back to him.

He is very rude and doesn't seem to actually care why you are in the office.
