Dr. James Alexander Field, MD

I recently had the opportunity to reconnect with Dr. James Field, an old childhood friend, under challenging circumstances. My wife was struggling to get the care she needed, and we were feeling lost and frustrated. Dr. Field took the time to meet with us in his office, where he immediately recognized the urgency of the situation. Thanks to his prompt and decisive actions, we were admitted to the hospital for observation and testing. Within five days, my wife was diagnosed, a treatment plan was established, and she is now home recovering. I have no doubt that without Dr. Fields' involvement, we would still be waiting for answers. Dr. Field is not only an excellent doctor but also a genuinely caring and compassionate person. I trust him wholeheartedly, and I encourage others to do the same. Dr. James Field is a great man, and I am deeply grateful for his dedication and support.

Dr. Field performed surgery removing colon cancer. Mine was not routine but he did an excellent job getting all the cancer. I had issues with fibrosis which he had to work around. He always tool time to explain to me and my wife. If I did not completely understand, he would go over it again. I highly recommend him as when you have surgery, you put your complete trust in your surgeon.

Dr. fields was laid back and took the time to explained everything to me which raised my comfort level. But the office staff was a nightmare, very rude, completely unprofessional and rather aggressive.

Dr Field is very professional, knowledgeable and of very high integrity. I was ready to have colon surgery due to recurrent bouts of diverticulitis. I asked Dr. Field if heâ??d have the surgery if he were me and he said â??noâ??. My bouts with diverticulitis have been mild and the risks of the surgery outweigh the benefits. So much for Doctors who are only out to make a buck! If it ever becomes necessary, I would go to Dr. Field before anyone else. He is class all the way.

I went in to see Dr. Field to discuss having my gallbladder removed. Dr. Field is really great. He's very knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
