Great staff and doctor. Easy appt scheduling. They cared about my child's health. Dr. Frierson did not discount my thoughts about what the problem could be. I appreciate the ability to be very involved in my sons healthcare without a provider demanding I do what he thinks I should.

Dr. Frierson cleared our newborn to be taken home from the hospital. We did not get to choose him. His office sent a bill and my insurance paid it. I was then sent to collections by the office manager/ billing department. I called my insurance company and they called her and explained to her that the bill had been paid. I called her and she said the insurance company "made no sense." She refused to remedy her mistake and months later, I'm still fighting them. This has been a horrible ordeal. DO NOT ALLOW THIS DR TO SEE YOUR CHILD. DO NOT TAKE UP BUSINESS WITH HIS OFFICE.
