I been seeing dr.gilberts and dr.bell for i know 27 years with my children and now with my grandchildren and I love dr.gilbert he interacts well with the children he explains everything we just love him

Dr.Gilbert REALLY IS THE BEST OF THE BEST

Dr.Gilbert is so caring and nice. You can tell he's great with kids. Every time I go for my sons appt. He always makes my son giggle. He takes the time to explain everything that is going on. There was a couple of times I felt like he rushed me and my son out. The staff is friendly and I see a lot of new faces there each time I go. There was one time I went and the whole office smelled like cigarettes, then that's when I saw a couple of the nurses smoking on side of the building. I thought that was inappropriate being kids are everywhere. There was plenty of times I called to make an appointment bc my son wasn't feeling good and the lady that books the appointments will tell me he didn't need to come in just to give him Tylenol or some other over the counter med. That's when I started to feel uncomfortable taking my son there. My fiancé once called and explained to the nurse bout some symptoms my son had and the nurse said over the phone he had a virus and not to bring him in… cause there was nothing they could give him, and when my fiancé told me I was in rage. I called the office and spoke to another nurse and told her what was going on and she told me that my son did to see the doctor so he can get checked out and they could prescribe some Meds if needed . I was upset that I was told two different things. I definitely was concerned about the nurse who spoke to my fiancé , how did she know that my son had a virus with out even looking at him!!!!! The doctors there are nice but they really need to look into their staff because they also reflect the doctors reputation. With all respect to the doctors who I do think are great, I wouldn't recommend mothers/fathers to take their kids there.

I love the fact that Dr. Gilbert spends time with my son. He takes care of the issues but still manages to play with my son and really get to know him. He is willing to help me understand an issue and talk through it, offering different outcomes and suggestions. My favorite Dr. by far!

Have seen Dr. Gilbert and his staff for twelve years. They are always so wonderful with my children and care for them so thoughtfully and lovingly.
