Dr. James D Hale, MD

First of all, when a Dr is meetbig a new patient, he/she should at least introduce themselves and maybe offer a handshake:-/ I felt like he just would not listen to my issue and proceeded to say I should maybe see a counselor. I was baffled. He also had my FULL report from my old Dr and obviously didn’t bother to read it till I said something about my labs (which were in there). Then he suggested a ton of tests, which again, I didn’t need and had done. I was Amazed at how he was almost downright cocky and even suggested something far out of my demension. Will not be going back and irritated at the money I spent there. He needs to just retire. I miss my old Dr in FL and dreading trying to find someone decent.

Staff is friendly and cheerful 100% of the time. Got an appt right away and did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. He is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner. Dr Hale truly cares about his patient's. Very accurate in diagnosis. Will continue to use him as long as possible!

Got an appointment right away. When I schduled the appoint they asked if I wanted to come in that same day, I instead asked for the next day and they asked ME what time was best. The nurse was super nice and happy. Dr. Hale was to the point, but polite and FUNNY. He made jokes while he cleaned out my ear. The office wasn't packed with sick people, I say in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes, and in the room before he came in for maybe 5 minutes. Was a very pleasant experience. Plus, I wasn't late getting back to work ++.

Dr Hale is the MD of all my family. In our years of experience he has been prompt, compassionate, great bedside manner, and has never failed to make good judgement of diagnosis. His staff is always cheerful. We recommend him to everyone.

He has had malpractice lawsuits files against him. Does not listen to what a person describes to him or try to send people on to a specialist.
