Dr. James Orlo Hancey, MD

He focus on being quick without asking questions. My mother got admitted so many times to the hospital and they would switch her meds and he would be like great and go with that. He never focused on fixing the issues just making people zombies.

I have seen him for years and he has always listened well, albeit initially I wasn't always so sure, but he "gets" it quickly and is very compassionate. Perseveres until the meds/dosages are correct. Has been an absolute, wonderful "find". I "worry" he will retire soon. I hope he is training someone as educated and skilled as him.

Dr Hancey has a great reputation, which he undoubtably deserves. I found him very professional, very polite if not personable, and quite clinical, as opposed to one who will wait to absorb your resonances some before he begins typing into the computer and asking diagnostic questions. I was in a very distressed state when I saw him, unable to articulate my problems effectively (so I felt by the sense of failure at the end of the visit), and was thus at a distinct disadvantage. I felt that he did not listen closely to what I prepared hard to say, and consequently wrote a very sketchy and off-the-mark report. I respect Dr Hancey, but regret having seen him.

My experience with Dr. Hancey was very informative, professional and easy. Dr. Hancey respects you, treats you with dignity and wants to support you 100%. I have thought for along time that my brain worked differently and Dr. Hancey diagnosed me with my first visit, wow!!! I am amaized and very overcome with joy that my life will now move in the direction I've always thought it should be. Dr. Hancey, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, you have given me insight and treatment that will for ever change my life
