Dr. James Hines

I was in the office today with my husband, Dr. Morrison, for his annual checkup. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hines. He is very experienced, thorough and truly cares for his patients. Going to the heart doctor is not always pleasant, but Dr. Hines made it an enjoyable experience. We would strongly recommend him.

My husband has been going to Dr. Hines for at least 25 years. We truly believe that it is because of Dr. Hines that my husband is still alive. His has had a heart condition probably since birth that had gone untreated and became life threatening. Dr. Hines has always provided us with the latest most up to date medicine and treatments to keep my husband who is now 70 working and enjoying an active life including a recent pacemaker implant which drastically improved his health. We feel like we get very responsive treatment and responses to our issues and questions. His staff is the best in the valley.

On time, courteous staff and doctor

I have been with Dr. Hines for 17 years. He has always been diligent, thorough, and responsive, yet “non-alarming,” all the while remaining very personable. My wife and I both have experience in the medical field and have interacted with many physicians personally and professionally, and we hold Dr. Hines in the highest regard. I am most grateful for his counsel and care!

When I meet with Dr. Hines I receive nothing less than what I consider to be the very best care and advise that I could possibly receive from a Physician. With years of required physicals as an airline pilot I have experienced many many Doctors visits and have never encountered any Doctor that exhibited a more sincere interest in helping me maintain my good health.

One of the best cardiologists at Saint Joseph's. Tireless worker always seeing patients on the inpatient consults and in his office. I would not hesitate to have him as my cardiologist and would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to him. Those who observe physicians in action in the hospital and in the clinic know who the best doctors are.

My fist encounter with this man was less than Satisfactory. He ran an EKG and stated I had no Problems and to return in 6 Months. I find it amazing that he can see the Veins are not Clogged just from an EKG. I was referred to him with a specific problem and he did not even refer me to the correct Doctor (which he obviously isn't) I am very Disappointed with the Results and I stoill have the Problem. I AM NOT A HYPOCONDRIACT and I really don't like Doctors, Clinics or Hospitals but when you need them, you at least expect some help. I will continue to seek a Qualified Doctor and this Quack can go back to Sleep. I'm sorry I woke him up. I would NOT and cannot Recommend this would-be Doctor. I wonder how he managed to fake it for 32 Years and pose as a Medical Professional. He didn't even seem to be Interested in listening to my Problem. He just wanted to get rid of me and get out of the place as I was his final Patient for the Day. He did not Indicate to me that he Cares for me as a… Patient. There ARE some Good Doctors and in my Opinion, he IS NOT ONE OF THEM. If you have Medical Problems, keep looking for someone that WILL help you, or at least Refer you to someone that will. I will Rate this Clown as less than Half of a Star. He did NOT Impress me as being a True Medical Professional Doctor. I simply want to know what is causing my Problems and I don't think this Medical Joker has the Intelligence to find out. I am Discharging him from any Future Appointments.

My first association with Dr. Hines was after a bout of atrial fibrilation. He's a very calming man, his intelligence speaks for itself, and everything he does shows that he care deeply for the patient. Anyone with cardiact issues would benefit by seeing Dr. Hines.
