I highly recommend Dr. James Hoover. He and his group (COPC) is extremely proficient, and has taken great care of my health needs. Always takes the extra time to listen to patients, and explain treatment and options. His medical secretary Regina is always very helpful and accommodating as well. 100%!

Dr. Hoover does an amazing job of listening, evaluating, and developing a plan to resolve whatever issues with which you are dealing. Additionally, impressive is his attention to detail. He is very warm, kind, and personable. I feel so fortunate to be one of his patients!

Dr. Hoover exhibits a key quality , he listens to the patient. He is attentive, provides jargon free explanations, and assures my questions are answered before heading on to the next patient. I am extremely pleased with my relationship with Dr. Hoover.
