Dr Jolly has been my surgeon since 2020. His bedside manner is so appreciative. He is kind, tells you exactly and to the point, all while being kind. I would highly recommend Dr Jolly.

I have made several visits to Southeastern Spine. Each visit was professional and very courteous. Each time Jessica explained my problem and each time she was correct. This visit was no different. Three days later my pain level has dropped from 8 to 3. Thank you to the entire staff. Colonel

Dr. Jolley has wonderful bedside manners, is patient, considerate and professional. Denise Croft is excellent. But the staff who takes care of making and canceling appointments leave a lot to be desired. I had to cancel an appointment today and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Then, when an indifferent-sounding receptionist finally came online she quickly asked for my date of birth and said, "You want to cancel?" When I said yes, she just hung up! I was shocked. No, response... just hung up! This was not my first disappointment with the same unpleasant staffer. Despite Dr. Jolley's excellent treatment I do not feel I have to put up with this unprofessional, apathetic staffer any more. He should take a closer look at those who are overseeing his office!

I went to several doctors who kept prescribing me drugs without a real solution. After my surgery I have been pain free for 6 years. Great staff, great PA and doctor experience on my end.

I have just had my third surgery from dr. Jolley (each unrelated to the others) Dr jolley has never missed a day following up in the hospital after each surgery. He spends time answering questions from both my wife and I. He is never in a rush to get out of the room. His staff is beyond helpful each time I call with a question or concern. His assistant Jessica Scott spends all the time I need with me at office visits and shows great concern with my issues and provides fast appointments for follow up procedures. They try everything they can possibly do to avoid surgery and do not push pills on me. Once surgery has become the only option left they have been preformed promptly and professionally as well as spot on the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend his firm to anyone seeking proper relief but not to pill seeking patients because he is not that kind of dr.

Went in for an epidural injection today and Dr. Jolley and his nurse was GREAT. They helped me relax. They both are so down to earth and so helpful.

Dr. Jolley and his staff have always gone above and beyond the norm to help me and my family. He has done back and neck surgery on me as well as many epidurals and has done surgery on both my brother and father. He does not let insurance issues stand in his way and has always gotten us into surgery right away when we needed it. No waiting for months on insurance to catch up. One day I could not lift my arm, in a few days he replaced a disk in my neck. A few weeks later I had full function of my arm again. One day I could not walk without a cane, a few days later he did an epidural and I was showing 20 llamas on an obstacle course Words cannot express enough how much this Dr has improved me and my family's lives. . . . ..

I'm seeing Dr.Jolly as a returning patient because I had such wonderful outcome from a surgery he did 6 years ago,that when a new problem presented going to him again was a NO BRAINER!!
