An absolutely brilliant and spectacular physician with unparalleled surgical acumen. And a down-to-earth bedside manner that makes one feel like they are in their own respective living room. I could not recommend him enough. And the same goes for the kind and genuinely caring staff.

I saw Dr. Jolley for a Kyphoplasty procedure (bone cement) for a fractured T12 vertebrae. He and his care team did great! He explained to me what he was doing as the procedure progressed. Everyone was very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Jolley has wonderful bedside manners, is patient, considerate and professional. Denise Croft is excellent. But the staff who takes care of making and canceling appointments leave a lot to be desired. I had to cancel an appointment today and I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Then, when an indifferent-sounding receptionist finally came online she quickly asked for my date of birth and said, "You want to cancel?" When I said yes, she just hung up! I was shocked. No, response... just hung up! This was not my first disappointment with the same unpleasant staffer. Despite Dr. Jolley's excellent treatment I do not feel I have to put up with this unprofessional, apathetic staffer any more. He should take a closer look at those who are overseeing his office!
