Dr. James Rodney Jones, MD

I had a really disappointing experience with Dr. James R. Jones, a psychiatrist at HIIMS. At first, he seemed caring and attentive, but once I paid for the consultation, his attitude changed completely. He became hard to reach, and there was no follow-up care, which left me feeling ignored. Additionally, he asked a lot of questions that didn’t seem necessary or relevant to my treatment, making me feel like the session was more about his curiosity than my well-being. His advice seemed based on personal opinions rather than solid, evidence-based information, which made me lose trust in his judgment. What bothered me the most was how he acted after I paid. Before the payment, he was friendly, but afterward, he became distant and unhelpful. It felt like I wasn’t a priority anymore. If you're looking for a psychiatrist who listens, follows up, and gives clear, professional advice, I wouldn’t recommend Dr. James R. Jones. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling disappointed and… undervalued.
