Love the doctors but the office staff is HORRIBLE. Worst service ever. Not only was out last appt at 10am and we were not seen until 11:30am but this is the second time this year I have called to get my daughter ex filled and they put in a request the next day I was there for my apt that was at 10am with my other daughter I checked on it they said it wasnt ready this was Tuesday last week... and here it is Tuesday dec 11th 6 business days after I put in the request I call and they say o well she needs to be seen by the doctor. Well 1 no she gets seen next week and 2 why didnt u tell me this last week when I was there or last Monday when I put in n the request? I ask to speak to an office manager and she says I am then I said well can I speak to s ok meme over u and she puts me on hold for 15+ mins and NEVER COMES BACK ON THE LINE. I've been patient I know they are busy I work in the medical field but there is no excuse for this and now is time I take my family somewhere that cares and… is not out for just a paycheck.

We love Dr. Joyner. He's friendly, kind, courtesy, caring and honest. He takes the time not only to answer all of my question but to ask my child if they have any questions after he explains everything. He stops to also look the child in the eyes while talking to them. This is very important to me because so many adults and doctors don't really treat the child like there a person too. His office is open late and even on holidays. I love that. He truly cares about his patients. Wish he took adults because if he did he would be my doctor too!

Dr. Joyner is amazing. He is very personable and down to earth. He does not talk down to you nor make you feel as though you are wasting his time. He spends as much time with you as you need and even explains things that we didn't even know to ask so that when whatever it was happened, we knew that it was normal and what to do with it (cradle cap in this circumstance). Their availability is also fabulous and will squeeze you in any time you need to come in.

Dr. Joyner and his staff have been a wonderful find for our family. There care and dedication are obvious in everything they do. We could not be happier with a pediatrician than we are with Dr. Joyner.
