I have been to many dermatologists and Dr. Katz by far is the best I have ever been too. He was patient and explained everything to me. His office staff was extremely helpful and nice. Best experience I have had in a long while.

Doctor is great but wait time is extremely bad my appointment was at 3 and I had to wait about 1 and a half to be seen and then on top of that their is not enough seating in the waiting room. And the refused to turn the ac up because it to cold for them. On top of all this the one women behind the desk is really rude to people

I specifically made an appointment with Dr. Katz during time off, when I had flexibility to schedule. A bit over an hour before my appointment, I got a call that my appointment was canceled, (after confirming the day before). Obviously this is not the Dr. for me.

STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUES I HAD BEFORE. WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR RECORDS IS RIDICULOUS! MANAGER IS THE WORST! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Long wait if he even shows up to the office. Crowded waiting room because they overbook. Spends as little time with you as possible. Prescribed the same thing twice because he couldn't be bothered to check if we'd already tried that drug.
