Dr. James Reginald Kelly, MD

When I first met Dr. Kelly, he was all smiles and compassion, patient and a great listener... until, that is, I had the gall to miss an appointment while I was bedridden and unable to use the phone, then called him during his on-call hours during a crisis. His response was to wait until I was in his office needing medical care and send me a curt email "dumping" me from his practice for bogus reasons. He did not even have the basic courtesy or decency to come out and speak to my husband and I in the waiting room, instead telling his assistant to tell us to "check our email." His behavior was completely outrageous and is a clear violation of my civil rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Do not seek care from Dr. James Kelly; you will not find it there, you may find instead callous contempt and a total lack of respect for the patient. It all depends on which side you get, Jekyll or Hyde. Are you willing to gamble with your healthcare? I sincerely advise you against it!
