Throughout my interaction with Dr. Klunk, he has been very thorough, understanding, and professional. He answered all of my questions very clearly and completely. I would say that all of my engagement with Dr. Klunk and the OSS staff has been excellent.

Dr. Klunk was very professional and so knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure to my husband while reviewing the MRI at the same time. The wait time was very short and the procedure was outpatient. He came out after the surgery and explained how it went and met with us before getting discharged. I would recommend Dr. Klunk.

Dr Klunk was able to see me on short notice. Fixed my L6 the next week. No more pain. I have been very pleased with OSS in the past. Extremely happy with the Dr Klunk and everyone at OSS.

Dr. Klunk is very busy. He is a man of few words and you need to ask questions. He knows what he is doing and knows how to fix the problem. My husband was in and out the same day. So far so good. His staff needs to explain things more and nurse needs to pay attention to allergies. Was almost given a drug he is allergic to because everyone seems to take it.

Excellent support staff. Very caring of the situation. Dr. Klunk is very easy to talk to and understands what my needs and concerns are. Very happy with the procedures ive had.

First, they have a fantastic support staff at their Hanover PA location. They show a great deal of kindness and support when you check in. So far, no problems with Dr. Klunk. Due to insurance regulations I will have to wait 6 weeks to receive an MRI but I cannot hold this against him. He provided me with some exercises for my back and they seem to help alleviate some of the lower back pain I have experienced in the past.
