Dr. Kozelka was the first neurologist I saw after I suspected that I had Parkinson’s. I later went to Rush in Chicago for a second opinion and have continued to see Dr. Kozelka in Valpo. He is a great listener and takes his time when treating me. He does not rush to put me on meds and I highly recommend him.

I got horrible migraines all the time since seeing him I don’t have them as often.

Dr Kozelka is awesome but Mindy who is on his staff is terrible. She’s probably one of the most ignorant people I’ve ever met. She’ll just keep talking over you and say the same things again and again to not allow you to speak. You can ask for a chance to talk and she’ll say go ahead and start speaking over you. I’d give the Dr a 5 but had to reduce it because of her

I and my husband actually liked Dr. Kovelka...His bedside manner, his honesty, humor, warmth, intelligence, and willingness to get to the bottom of the issue.... I have to say that it is his Office Staff that need to be trained in PT Care, Courtesy, Respect, and let the Dr. be the DOCTOR... Afterall he is the one with the Degrees. Most were good, but a person or two stood out, and not in a good way. Caused us to leave this office, which is not something we would ever do.

Specialty is insomnia, but after four visits with no treatment, said he couldn't help me.

I have been seeing Dr. Kozelka for migraines and could not be happier with my experience. He is through and patient - I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a neurologist.
