Each and every visit, even non-urgent appointments, I have waited a minimum of 20 minutes past the appointment time to enter the exam room. I then wait a minimum of 10 additonal minutes prior to seeing the doctor or NP. Dr. Krantz was the least wait time while NP Lisa was nearly an hour and a half. Each time I call to speak with a nurse the call is either not returned or comes 6 hours later when the office is closing, no exceptions. I called several times regarding an urgent prescription and was told to call back after noon on Saturday at which time the office was closed.

Dr Krantz and Dr Harper have been my family Phys. for almost 25 years. I have been exceptionally pleased with them. Dr Harper is a bit older, but none the less has much experience and professionalism. Dr Krantz is exceptionally the best dr to visit. He is genuinely caring and concerned for each patient needs.

I see Dr. Krantz in the Thurmont office. I have always been able to get an appointment with Dr Krantz or one of his associates whenever I needed it. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Krantz always takes as much times as needed to answer my questions. I never feel rushed by him. I have had the same experience with Dr. Pickert as well. I would highly recommend this medical group!
