Dr. James Howard Kratzer, MD

Dr. Kratzer, Mary Graves, and their staff are wonderful. They truly care for my children. We are always able to get an appointment when needed, the office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Kratzer and Mary are very good at listening to my concerns and answering my questions. My children are calm during exams, and actually look forward to going in for their check-ups!

I absolutely love Dr. Kratzer and his fellow Doctors in his practice. They show that they really do care about their little patients and about us parents and our well-being as well. They do a great job on explaining and going over any immunizations needed and also about your child's present growth to future growth and good health.

I have four kids and have moved a lot, so I've seen more pediatricians over the years than most parents. Dr. Kratzer is far and away the most caring I've ever found. He does not prescribe or recommend unnecessary medications. He'll go way out of his way to help you get the care you need for your child. He not only respects the child, he respects the parent and really listens to what you think might be going on with your child. Yes, there is often a wait...because he takes as much time with each patient as is needed. I run a children's shop, and when I recommend Dr. Kratzer to someone new in the area, there is almost always someone else in the shop who will come running over to share their own raves about him. Never had a bit of trouble with the staff or appointments or anything else. Can't recommend him highly enough.
