I volunteer transportation for seniors to their medical appointments and today takes the cake for wait time...1 hour 18 minutes to be called. Then another hour+ to completion. That's a total of nearly 2.5 hours for a Medicare Wellness check PLUS travel time for me to pick her up to get to the appointment and then again to get the patient and me back to our homes. Four hours. Others in the waiting room were experiencing the same frustrating, exorbitant wait times. My patient has been seeing Dr. Beach for 15 years, likes him but always experiences long waits. I will not drive this patient to this doctor again!

Currently waiting on hold 52 mins and counting. This place is dirty, always packed and unorganized. Saw a doctor for a rash and the doctor has no diagnosis! What kind of doctors doesn’t know or prescribe anything? Waste of time.

Great doctor that you can talk to. Wait times can be long for him, but worth it. Beach is the only dr in his practice that I will see. I love that he is a DO that actually does manipulations. I will not see a doctor I don’t like. If I don’t feel I can talk to you, you have an attitude or I get an overall bad feeling the 1st appt is also the last. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Beach for almost 10 years now he passed my doctor test. Plus I’ve recommended him to family, friends & he's their dr too. I’ve even recommended him to strangers. He’s worth the wait time to get an appointment & wait time when your appointment isn’t on time(as he cares & will go over the 15 minutes if needed) best time to make an appointment with him directly & not have a long wait is 1st am or pm appointments(ie:8a-8:45a or 1p-1:30,9a & 1:45p is pushing it at the standard 15-20 min wait you have at any dr. No matter who you see remember doctors can’t read your mind so if you don’t open your mouth & tell them the… truth to what’s all going on they can’t help you like they should. So don’t blame the dr if you’re not doing your part. Dr. Beach is 1 of the best primary care doctors there are. Will continue to see him till he retires.

I have been seeing Dr. J. Beach for approximately 15 years. The reason I have is because Dr. Beach is the ONE doctor who truly cares about his patients. He always looks (actually reads) my medical file to see if it's time for my blood work etc. Always following up with questions since my last visit. He listens to what I have to say about why I'm there. And HEARS me. I'm so very thankful for my incredible doctor. I won't see another. If I have to wait for an appointment- I wait. Everyone else wants to be seen by him as well! God bless you Dr. James Beach ??

i would not ever go to any other physician, he's been my doctor for over 40 years and i love being his patient!

I have been going to this Dr. office for over 17 years, and have to say they are the BEST I've ever had. I love the smiles and they are prompt on taking care of concerns that arise. LOVE THEM ALL THERE!

The ladies at the front desk are really rude to patients. None of them were rude to me but I witnessed one of the ladies being so disgusting to a patient. The wait time is ridiculous. Waited about 2 hours to see the doctor who saw me for less than 10 minutes. He was okay, I probably would have rated him higher if the overall experience hadn't been so horrible. If you can afford to go to another clinic, I advise you to do so! If you have to go to this one, prepare to wait several hours and be treated like second class citizens by some obese gorillas.
