Dr. James Vincent Lieb, DO

Not good with following Patients though Chemo Treatments. Dr. Lieb never saw my Mother after he set her up on treatments. He never stop by to see her during any Chemo treatments. My Motjer was 80 yrs old and beat CA the first time. Dr. Lieb would order double treatments at one time if she missed a treatment. Consequently the double treatments knock out her already compromised immune system. We spent many weekends in the ED secondary to My Mother having low blood counts and needing blood or having some form of infection. My Mother was admitted to hospital on several occasions and not once did Dr. Lieb contact her. I would attend her Chemo treatments and not one time did Dr. Lieb visit my Mother to meet her family or see how she was doing. My Mother was strong and a fighter. I blame Dr. Lieb for her early departure from this world . We all felt like she was just a number to him. In her previous CA treatment the doctor always checked on her, always watched her blood counts and always… listened to her concerns and symptoms. Not once did Dr. Lieb do any of this. We never heard anything from Dr. Lieb after she passed. I hope that of he reads this he realizes how his unattentiveness and uncaring actions left a bad impression on this family.

Unprofessional

Dr. Lieb lacks compassion. He offers only the most basic, standard treatment. I sought a second opinion and received far better care.

Dr. Lieb & his staff were prompt, attentive, and caring. The doctor had thoroughly read through my charts and pathology reports, and explained his recommendations for treatment in a clear & simple way I could understand, giving me more than an ample opportunity to ask questions along the way. I'm glad he's on my team of attending physicians.

Has kept me alive for 9 years now! Hardly ever have to wait to see him after I arrive. Cares about my health and welfare. Sometimes, however, important details are not relayed to me.
