Dr Lucas saved my life not once but twice. I had open heart surgery (4 bypass), and cardiovascular surgery as well. This was 7 years ago, and thanks to him I am still alive and well! I am 78 years old now,but when I was 50 years old, I was smoking 4 packs of Camels and Lucky Strikes per day, and my primary doctor recommended I see Dr Lucas. I had suffered a mild heart attack. Dr Lucas told me that in my present condition NO Doctor on this island would do surgery on me, so that day I quit smoking. The result of my 34 years of smoking contributed To scar tissue in my lungs and I am now on oxygen 24/7. I thank the good Lord and Dr Lucas for keeping me alive through These challenges. This is why I have rated him a FIVE STAR DOCTOR!

Dr Lucas is awesome. Although he got behind schedule, he never made us feel like he was in a rush. He listened, he explained and he was very thorough.

I called for an appt as I needed a stress test after having problems before returning to the island. Had a patient referral and dr office requested all previous info before they would even make appt. After multiple phone calls...3 days later we got a message left saying the doctor was too busy to see me until May. NO wonder the medical care here gets such a bad reputation. A person needs to die to be seen by anyone. You don't mess with heart problems. Thanks for nothing!
