I had a torn retina and Dr McDonald, even though it was a holiday, took the time to see me and do surgery late in the evening so I would not loose my eye sight. He saw me regularly until I was completely healed. He never rushed through our appointments. He is a great doctor.

Dr. MacDonald does not take his oath to his heart. He his patients as money and truly taking care of their needs and concerns. for our well being. I was recently one of his patients and wish I would have got a second option. He neglected to explain to me how specifically my recovery down time would be. I wish he would have told me how my procedure would effect my day to day experiences being that I was one of his younger patients. Advising your patients' sight will may or may not get full or partial vision should ever be an acceptable answer to anyone.. Please do not make the same mistake I did see another opthamologist for a second opinion.

Caring doctor with a caring staff

The facility at San Saba was absolutely grotesque. Dirty and damaged walls, cables for Internet running across the walkways, no hand soap, crazy long wait time, very impersonal, overall very displeased and very disappointed with the doctor that referred me.
