Dr. Mann answered all questions and had great bedside manner. He was polite and provided great service.

I have been going to doctor Mann for over 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provides my colonoscopy results personally after the procedure and always ensures I have no questions or concerns.

I've been a patient of Dr Mann for over 10 years. I have always respected him as a physician however oh, he has also cancelled my last five appointments for the same reason as the reader above-mentioned. The office staff says he has stuck in procedures and I also know that not to be true. On one occasion actually saw him at the gas station after leaving my canceled appointment, on the other occasion I saw him in the hallway with his backpack on talking to another physician on his way out the door. I also recently had a colonoscopy for which I lay there waiting for him for 5 hours. when asking the nurse why it was taking so long she told me that he had gone to eat lunch and then he has to leave the hospital for an hour. The nurse says that he does this every day leaves the hospital needs lunch while patients are waiting for their colonoscopies. I bet all those patients and myself would have loved to have something to eat as well while he's downstairs enjoying his meal. Like I said I've… been seeing him for 10 years and I won't be coming back to MUSC. My primary sent me to McLeod GI and they took care of my needs immediately. I'm sadly disappointed about Dr Mann because he is a nice guy.

Has cancel three appointments on me in a row, is medical assistant is rude and doesn't return phone calls. He has canceled appointments because they say he's stuck in the hospital which is not true,I was leaving my last appointment he canceled and I saw him walking out of a hospital with his backpack on with multiple people in his office waiting on him. Dr. Mann is an excellent physician. My husband and I have been patients of his for 15 years and he has gone above and beyond the call to help us maintain good health. He is personable as well as well versed inhis field. We recommend him highky.

Dr Mann is an awesome Dr.He is very polite and always friendly.I give him five star.However the office staff is rude except one or two.The receptionist is not friendly .I needed to schedule a procedure could never get a call back.I don't know how they keep a job.I continue to go their because of Dr Mann.He is a really good dr but I will admit I'm tired of dealing with his office staff.

I met Dr. Mann as an ER referral. He was very caring and took time with me. He knew I was scared so he chatted me up before he dropped the bombshell that would forever change my life. That made my diagnosis much easier to swallow. He always takes time with me when I see him. Never tried to rush me out. My grandmother was in awe of how he treated his patients and asked him if she could take him home with her because she had never seen a doctor be so caring. He thoroughly explained what I could expect with my illness and treatment and even called me at my home when I had difficulties after being released from the hospital. This doctor is a keeper. His NP, R Polsky is wonderful too. They should really teach a class in bedside manner.

i called 2 times to this office and both times the receptionist was rude and very short.did not make me feel welcome and talked to me like a child.If the lady over the phone is rude makes you wonder how the office visit will go.thanks to the two truthful replies below about experiencing the same rudeness i will be finding another doctor.save myself a lot of headache.
